My name is Crystal and I decided to do a blog to talk about my struggle with Lyme Disease, what helped and didn't help, and to share how important it is what we put into our bodies. I just recently updated new information. Through my 3+ year illness I learned so many things that I would love to share with you! I found a good fit for me was an 80% raw diet, gluten free, and detox, detox along with treatments. I want to see you feeling good and living your true potential so you can live your dreams! SMOOTHIES/JUICING

Raw Oreo Cookies-n-cream Smoothie


In Blender add 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, almond milk, and can add kefir or yogurt. Then add 3 tbs Raw cocoa nibs(grind in coffee grinder) or buy cocoa powder.
 Then add-                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
1 tbs            Chia seeds
1/2 tsp         Propolis powder(optional)
1 tsp            Acai powder(optional)
1-2 tsp        Maca powder(optional)
1                 Bananna
1/2 scoop    raw protein powder
            
Pour almond milk or coconut milk in blender. Add banana. Put cocoa nibs in coffee grinder with chia seeds and grind until fine powder and add to blender. Then you can add propolis, Acai powder, and maca powder to add more nutrition with superfoods. Blend and enjoy without the guilt!


Strawberry shortcake smoothie

In a blender add 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk, or almond milk in blender. Add banana and handful of strawberries.

1 cup            coconut milk
1                   banana
handful         strawberries
can add Garden of Life raw protein powder,  propolis, Acai, Maca, and chia also.(see above)
Enjoy!

Super Green Smoothie

In blender add 2 cups water. Then put spinich or other greens up to waterline. Add 1 or 2 Kale leaves. Then add 1 banana, strawberries, blueberries, and can add more superfoods.

1/2 tsp            Propolis
1 tsp               Acai
1-2 tsp            Maca
1-2 tsp            flax seeds or super seed by Garden of Life(good fiber)
Blend and enjoy! Can pre-make and keep in fridge and drink next day also.





Add Raw Protein to your smoothies!- excellent source of protein


Add Propolis Powder to smoothies!-anti-inflammatory and bacterial, helps immune system




Add Maca to smoothies!- helps balance hormones

Add Primal Defense to smoothies!- Helps with digestive health and regularity

Can add chia seeds to smoothies!


On the run Supergreens. Just mix with water. It tastes great because it has stevia in it.Can get online or at Mothers Market.

Add coconut Butter to smoothies, when baking, or on toast! I love this food!! I even take spoonfuls of it for energy!
